Due to the huge success of our annual boat parties in unison with Simple, we have been inundated with requests to stage corporate, college and even birthday parties. If you are interested, we will provide the complete solution to your boat party requirements. Whether it be theming the event, providing promotional material, tickets, the music, sound equipment, lighting, you name it, we've got it covered!
The Isis and River Thames in Oxford provide the most unique backdrop for any event, from corporate hospitality and business promotions to club events and student parties, luncheon or dinner cruises, wedding receptions, birthday or anniversary parties, not forgetting Christmas & New Year.
We are able to provide a wide range of wines, spirits and beers from the fully licensed on board bar during your cruise. We believe the Isis and Thames and its historic riverside is a unique venue to stage any function, and we can tailor your event to your exact route and schedule.
Our selection of entertainment options is vast - in addition to our own resident djs, who can spin a wide variety of music dependent on the specific needs of the party, we can also supply karaoke, we have contacts with jazz bands, street artists, tarot readers, caricaturists - the list is endless! We can also arrange floral or balloon decoration and the boats can be themed.
Our experience gained from many years arranging events around Oxford and particularly pleasure boat parties on the Thames, allied with our professional and customer friendly staff guarantees a party to remember, for all the right reasons!

Whether it is our own DJ, background music or a live band, we can find a style that will suit all tastes.
Our booking staff can help with your requirements to ensure you have a night to remember. Caracturists, Karaoke or a live band, for example, can all be provided, and come highly recommended.
There are many other types of live entertainment and music available; too many to list, please ask us for further details. If you’d prefer, background music can be provided free of charge using our specially prepared CD’s or at our discretion we may allow you to supply your own CD’s, for use as background music.
At Sense of Rhythm, we understand you may wish to have your boat decorated to personalise your event to make it that extra bit special. We can arrange to decorate or theme your boat to suit your occasion. The Saliors & Sluts theme tends to be most popular for obvious reasons!
